The Purchasing Manager for F&B, Hotel & Retail serves as the intermediary among the ship, suppliers, and logistics partners, overseeing procurement processes for Food & Beverage and Hotel supplies. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, analyzing bids, ensuring product quality and timely delivery, and monitoring supplier performance.
