Program Manager – Luxury Mega Yacht The World, Residences at Sea, is the largest privately owned residential yacht on earth. Employees of The World strive for excellence in everything we do. It’s the ultimate way to work and travel all in one. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the programming for the Residents and Guests. This role oversees, facilitates and hosts the day-to-day onboard entertainment and activities by implementing programs as established with the Shoreside Enrichment and Program team. The Program Manager oversees the Guest Lecturers and musicians and often acts as the master of ceremonies for onboard programs. He/She communicates on a daily basis with all stakeholders, including the Captain, F&B Manager and other relevant teams to keep everything on schedule. Responsibilities • Develop and plan the onboard Program in conjunction with the Manager, Programming and Enrichment shoreside.
